Intro Baseline

When starting out with our program (or any other FITness program) it is always great to get some baseline measurements. "You can't improve what you can't measure."

"The Baseline Workout" For Time Complete:

500m Row, 40 Squats, 30 Kettlebell Swings (53/35), 20 Pushups , 10 Pull-ups

In this fitness test our coaches will get a chance to evaluate your strengths, deficiency's and overall how you move. We use this specific test of movements with a clock to uncover the characteristic's listed with an element of fatigue.

This test is also a great way for you, the client, to experience how a typical workout will look and feel.
