Coach for Life PT (w/4 quarterly PT's) - 12-months $145 every month • 13 visits per Month •

Access to up to 3 classes per week including yoga and 1 PT session per quarter (4 per year). Week starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday. Classes do not roll over if missed. You have the ability to freeze your membership for a least one week. Must give 2 weeks notice via email.

Hybrid (Part Time Classes + 1x/Month PT) - 12 months $175 every month • 13 visits per Month • Access to up to 3 classes per week including yoga and 1 PT session a month. Yoga FIT is an all levels class specifically designed to stretch, restore, and mobilize your body for increased athletic performance, overall FITness or other sports. Each session focuses on opening areas that get stiff from our general CPMFIT routine, such as: shoulders, hips, quads, hamstrings, and more. This class is taught in the Vinyasa style of yoga, linking poses fluidly with breath and music to keep you engaged. Yoga FIT will help increase your flexibility, balance, focus, breath capacity, and strength so you can perform better, experience less soreness, and reduce your risk of injury.

This is not your grandma’s yoga practice. Each class features intelligent sequencing, stable positions, good music, humor, and with a restorative yet motivating atmosphere. These classes are open to all experience levels.
