Coach for Life PT (w/4 quarterly PT's) - 12-months $145 every month • 13 visits per Month •

Access to up to 3 classes per week including yoga and 1 PT session per quarter (4 per year). Week starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday. Classes do not roll over if missed. You have the ability to freeze your membership for a least one week. Must give 2 weeks notice via email.
Hybrid (Part Time Classes + 1x/Month PT) - 12 months $175 every month • 13 visits per Month • Access to up to 3 classes per week including yoga and 1 PT session a month.
